This page describes the main information-handling features currently used on AwadaTech’s website. It focuses on project inquiries, store-launch subscriptions and technical protection of these forms.
Information we collect
When you submit a project inquiry, our contact form requests your name, email address and project description. You may also provide your company, phone number, service interest, approximate budget and preferred timeline.
The inquiry handler also records technical information including the submitting IP address, browser user-agent string and submission time.
How information is used
Project inquiry information is used to review your request and communicate with you about your needs. Submitted inquiries are stored in the website database.
The contact handler also attempts to send an inquiry notification to AwadaTech’s company email address. Email delivery depends on the hosting and mail configuration.
Online store subscriptions
When you subscribe to online store launch updates, we store the submitted email address in a separate subscriber database table. The system also records a subscription status, initial submission time and IP address for new records. An existing subscription may be reactivated with an updated timestamp.
Submitting an existing email does not create an additional subscriber record. Store updates are separate from project inquiries.
Security and browser cookies
Our forms use server-side validation, cross-site request forgery protection and request rate limiting. Technical records of submission attempts may be stored to help manage abuse.
The website uses a PHP session cookie to maintain session-related functions such as form security tokens. Hosting-level security systems may also set verification cookies to distinguish normal browser requests from automated traffic.
No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or highly sensitive confidential information through a general project inquiry.
Storage and retention
Project inquiries and store subscriptions are stored in the website database. Copies of inquiry messages may also be processed by the website’s mail service and hosting provider.
The current form handlers do not establish a fixed automatic deletion period for these records. If you have a question about information previously submitted, please contact us using the details below.
